IndiQube Deepens Partnership With Leading Global Audio Series Platform; Secures 1,300 Seats Workspace Deal In Bengaluru

 BENGALURU | IndiQube, India’s integrated managed spaces platform, today announced a major workspace expansion deal with a leading global audio series platform. Under the deal, the client has leased nearly 1,300 seats at IndiQube’s premium tech park facility on the Outer Ring Road (ORR) stretch in Bengaluru. The deal is valued at approximately ₹68 Crore.

This move marks a significant milestone in the ongoing relationship between the two companies. The audio series platform initially scaled its operations out of IndiQube’s Koramangala facility and will now be transitioning into this new tech-enabled enterprise environment along Bengaluru’s prime IT corridor.

As they expanded, we were able to seamlessly accommodate their growth plans and transition them into a full-fledged tech park environment on Outer Ring Road with a capacity of nearly 1,300 seats. Through this deal, IndiQube continues to strengthen its enterprise portfolio, particularly within India’s thriving startup and unicorn ecosystem. The Company has created an integrated managed spaces platform designed to meet the evolving workspace and operational requirements of fast-scaling tech companies.
