Mahindra University Hosts First MU Rise HR Conclave 2026, Brings Together HR Leaders from 50 Companies
Hyderabad/New Delhi : Mahindra University’s École Centrale School of Engineering successfully organised the first MU Rise HR Conclave 2026, bringing together HR leaders from 50 leading companies to strengthen industry-academia engagement and explore new avenues for collaboration.
Held at the Mahindra University campus, the conclave was inaugurated with the ceremonial lighting of the lamp by Dr. Yajulu Medury, Vice Chancellor, Mahindra University, and Commodore Kamal K. Rohatgi, along with senior HR leaders. Themed “The Rise of the Next-Generation Engineer: Redefining Campus to Corporate Readiness in the Age of AI,” the conclave featured a keynote presentation by Mr. Mathan Raj, Senior Vice President and HR Head, Mahindra Research Valley, Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd., who highlighted the need for future-ready, responsible and human-centred careers in an AI-enabled world.
The conclave also featured a panel discussion moderated by Ms. Sulakshana Sreeram, AVP, University Relations & Emerging Talent, Synchrony Financials, with panellists Mr. Siddhartha Shukla, Global Hubs Early Career Leader, Sanofi; Mr. Ruben Arun Kumar, HR Head, Quest Diagnostics; Mr. Dhruv Gupta, CEO, IPHIPI; and Ms. Pratistha Sharma, Talent Advisor, Dell Technologies. As part of the conclave, HR leaders visited the university’s MU AIC, Life Sciences, MU BEST, Evolve and InfraX facilities, gaining insights into its academic and research ecosystem. The conclave provided a platform to acknowledge long-standing recruiters, welcome new industry partners and foster meaningful conversations around campus recruitment, talent development and future collaborations.
