Bengaluru : UNext Learning, India’s leading online learning and talent transformation company, has won eight Brandon Hall HCM Excellence Awards 2026, comprising one Gold, three Silver and four Bronze awards.

The awards recognize UNext’s excellence in innovation, learning design and outcome-focused talent transformation. In partnership with enterprises, UNext develops scalable, industry-relevant workforce development programs that address evolving talent needs and deliver measurable business value.

Widely regarded as the Academy Awards of Human Capital Management, the Brandon Hall awards are one of the oldest, largest, and most prestigious global recognition programs in corporate HR, learning and talent management.

UNext’s award-winning work spanned partnerships across leading enterprises in insurance, automotive, FMCG, consumer durables, IT/ITES, and banking.

The Gold award was won with HDFC Life for Best New Hire Onboarding Program, while Silver honors went to Daimler Truck Innovation Center India for Best Competencies & Skill Development, Himalaya Wellness for Best Unique or Innovative Sales Training Program, and Mphasis for Best Unique or Innovative Learning & Development Program. Bronze recognition was earned with Axis Bank for Best Competencies & Skill Development, Philips for Best Leadership Development Program, Zensar for Best Learning Strategy, and Tamilnad Mercantile Bank (TMB) for Best Recruitment Process Outsourcing Approach.
