Telangana CM directs officials to provide necessary support to state people stranded in Nepal

Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy has directed officials to closely monitor the situation in Nepal and ensure all necessary support to Telangana people stuck there. A special helpline and coordination centre have been set up at Telangana Bhavan in New Delhi.

Officials are working closely with the Ministry of External Affairs and the Indian Embassy in Kathmandu to coordinate relief efforts. Additionally, the state’s General Administration Department has established a separate control room at the Telangana Secretariat in Hyderabad to assist affected families.

Families unable to reach loved ones in Nepal are urged to contact the helplines with the person’s name, passport details, mobile number, last known location in Nepal, tour operator details, and family contact information.
