Bengaluru: TransportOne by Delhivery (NSE: DELHIVERY) and (BSE: DELHIVERY) today announced the launch of its agentic AI workforce for logistics. The platform brings together six specialised AI Agents designed to support logistics teams with critical transportation workflows and operations.
Logistics operations involve constant coordination across carriers, shipments and systems, with teams spending significant time on calls and messages to negotiate rates, follow up on shipments and resolve issues. TransportOne uses AI Agents to handle these day-to-day activities across the logistics lifecycle, while enabling teams to retain oversight and step in where human judgement is needed.
The platform is expected to help identify and recover freight overcharges through invoice audits, secure more competitive spot rates through simultaneous carrier negotiations, and improve service-level compliance by identifying and addressing potential deviations. Together, these capabilities could help reduce freight spend by 5–8%, lower detention charges by 20–40% and support 100% freight invoice audit coverage.
