RupeeRedee Partners with Smile Foundation to Strengthen School Infrastructure and STEM Learning Across Government Schools
Gurugram: RupeeRedee, a digital lending platform brand of MoneyMitra IT Solutions Private Limited, under its CSR programme for FY 2025-26, has partnered with Smile Foundation to implement the School Infrastructure Improvement Project across three government schools in Haryana and West Bengal, benefiting 2,449 students. The initiative focuses on strengthening school infrastructure and creating quality, innovative and technology-enabled learning environments for students.
The School Infrastructure Improvement Project covers Government Senior Secondary School, Dhanwapur, Gurugram; Government Senior Secondary School, Bandhwari, Gurugram; and Beltala Girls High School, West Bengal. The project supports students across Classes 6 to 12 at the two Haryana schools and Classes 6 to 10 at Beltala Girls High School, with interventions including smart classrooms, green energy setups, reusable DIY STEM kits, Teaching Learning Materials and school-specific infrastructure support.
The schools have also been equipped with Interactive Flat Panels preloaded with State Board educational content in Hindi, Bangla and English. The platform includes multimedia, interactive lessons, syllabus books, a digital library and practice modules with instant feedback, supporting interactive classroom learning.
The project further introduced reusable DIY STEM kits to encourage hands-on learning and develop critical thinking, creativity and problem-solving skills among students. Teaching Learning Materials, including science models and learning kits for subjects such as physics and mathematics, were also provided across all three schools to support practical and interactive learning.
The initiative also addressed school-specific requirements. At GSSS Dhanwapur, the science laboratory was upgraded. GSSS Bandhwari received five solar lights and stationery sets, while Beltala Girls High School received eight computers, one projector, six microscopes and six student benches.

The project has introduced students to interactive teaching-learning methodologies including competitions, quizzes, projects, videos, presentations and experiments. The interventions are contributing towards building students’ knowledge, confidence and morale while encouraging them to engage with digital tools and hands-on learning.
