Dhan crosses 11.2 lakh active clients, records third-highest additions among top 10 brokers in September

Bengaluru: Dhan (www.dhan.co), one of India’s fastest-growing Stock Trading & Investing Platforms, continued to grow its active client base in September 2026, recording the third-highest net addition among the top 10 NSE brokers during the month. Dhan added 13,624 active clients in September to reach 11,20,901 active clients, according to the latest NSE active-client data. The growth reflects the platform’s continued traction among active market participants and traders.

The addition marked the twelfth consecutive month of growth for Dhan’s active client base, which increased from 9,79,483 in October 2025 to 11,20,901 in September 2026, representing a growth of 14.44% over the first 12 months. Dhan’s active client base grew 1.23% month-on-month in September, significantly ahead of the overall NSE active-client market, which expanded by approximately 0.35% during the month. Dhan also retained its position as the 8th-largest broker on NSE by active clients in September.

The growth comes amid continued expansion in India’s retail broking ecosystem, with 3 of the top 10 brokers seeing a decline in active clients. The industry added a net 1.60 lakh active clients during September.
