JW Marriott Bengaluru Prestige Golfshire Resort & Spa brings farm-to-table dining to life with The Macallan
Bengaluru : JW Marriott Bengaluru Prestige Golfshire Resort & Spa is set to host a JW Garden Soiree with The Macallan on 16 October 2026, bringing together a five-course farm-to-table dining experience and a curated exploration of The Macallan’s distinctive single malt expressions. The collaboration brings together the resort’s ingredient-led culinary approach with The Macallan’s craftsmanship, creating an evening where food and whisky are thoughtfully paired across the course of the meal.
Rooted in the resort’s JW Garden, the menu will spotlight fresh herbs and botanicals grown on-site, including mint, pomelo and basil. Each course has been developed to showcase the character of these ingredients, with The Macallan Double Cask 12 YO, The Macallan Double Cask 15 YO and The Macallan Double Cask 18 YO selected to complement different stages of the menu. The pairing experience will allow guests to discover how the whisky’s depth, character and distinct flavour profiles interact with the ingredients and flavours of each course.
The evening will begin with a distinctive bread-breaking ritual, setting the tone for a dining experience centred around sharing and conversation. Chef Neeraj will take guests through the seven-course menu, sharing the inspiration behind each course and the ingredients that shape it, while the accompanying The Macallan expressions, presented by Madhu Rajigani, Brand Ambassador, The Macallan – India, will add a considered whisky dimension to the culinary journey.
The menu will move through soup, garden salad, the signature bread and butter ritual, main course and dessert, with each course designed as part of a progressive food and whisky experience. The Macallan Double Cask 12 YO, The Macallan Double Cask 15 YO and The Macallan Double Cask 18 YO will be served alongside the menu, offering guests the opportunity to experience the distinctive character of each expression in combination with the evening’s flavours.
The collaboration also reflects a shared appreciation for craftsmanship. From ingredients cultivated within the JW Garden and thoughtfully transformed by the culinary team to The Macallan’s meticulous approach to whisky making and maturation, the evening brings together two distinct expressions of considered craftsmanship at the table.
Adding to the atmosphere, a two-piece live band will perform a repertoire spanning jazz, pop and soft rock, creating an easygoing backdrop through the evening.
