New Delhi: Dushyant Sinha, founder, Integrated Centre for Consultancy Pvt Ltd (ICCPL), made it to 40 under 40 List of achievers in public Relations & Communications industry by Exchange4media. Last month, he was also adjudged amongst 40 young Turks by Reputation Today Magazine for being one of the emerging young entrepreneurs contributing to the PR industry.
Commenting on the achievement, Sinha, said, “I would dedicate this award to my team, who has helped me to achieve my dreams. It is indeed an honour to get recognized in the industry. At ICCPL, we have been working tirelessly to meet the targets given to us by the clients. I would say that without the appreciation of the clients and their faith in us, this would not have been possible.”
Sinha started his journey in 2011 from one-room office and now runs over five branches and 22 centers across the country. He came to Delhi with a mere Rs 5,000 at his disposal, and now owns four companies; ICCPL, Digicomm Marketing Solutions LLP, Studio 360 & Cotech Management and Solutions LLP.
Under him, ICCPL achieved in nine years what it takes two decades for other agencies. The company has the best retention percentage of over 75%, and the growth rate has been beyond industry standards. In FY 19-20 against the slow economy, ICCPL was the fastest-growing PR & Communication agencies with 75.6% growth rate. ICCPL’s digital subsidiary recently posted a growth rate of over 300% in Q2, this year, during the pandemic situation. ICCPL has been one of the only MSMEs in PR & Communication domain which has been awarded by the Govt of India in 2019. The company is now planning to expand by opening up offices in Singapore and the United Arab Emirates.
