North of Hyderabad has witnessed exponential growth in recent years. Finding ample potential in the area, which includes Kompally, Shamirpet, Gundlapochampally, Medchal, Dundigal among others, several top builders of Hyderabad City came together to display their varied current and upcoming projects for interested buyers and investors.

The Times Property – North Hyderabad Property Expo hosted by The Times of India, presented by Aparna Constructions and powered by Om Sree and HiVision Developers, was a testimony for the giant leap in growth of the area in just a few years down the line. The event is being held on June 3 and 4 at Auspicious Convention Hall, Kompally. Ch Malla Reddy, Minister of Labour and Employment, Government of Telangana, was the chief guest at the event. The minister had personally visited every stall and shared some anecdotes of his connection with the varied builders.

“Hyderabad has been booming like never before. As the city is growing from all sides, the North is no less and has been matching up with the rapid development of West Hyderabad. There have been several projects in the area and many more real estate projects are eyeing the area. With the government giving all kinds of support for the builders, it has benefitted for a fast-forward growth even towards the North side of Hyderabad,” Ch Malla Reddy stated at the event.

The event witnessed 22 stalls from leading developers showcasing their projects and amenities they have in offer. “North Hyderabad has become the most sought after destinations in the city after the West. Since the beginning, we have believed that this area has immense potential as it has good connectivity and infrastructure. Surely, the market here has been booming and turning into a hub for real estate investments,” Venkat Ravi, Brand Manager, Aparna Constructions expressed.

Sharing similar ideas, Vishal Patel, Director, Sales and Marketing, Om Sree Builders and Developers mentioned how North has all potential to be a residential hub in the coming years. “I am really glad that the government has slowly been shifting its focus to developing the North areas of Hyderabad. If more SEZs and corporate industries can be set up in the area and with rapid connectivity and infrastructure development, the North will become, if not better, like the West of Hyderabad,” he explained.

Construction and growth are not just about building an abode but making a sustainable living possible, feels Aslam Hirani. “I think it is time for people to focus on a novel definition of home. We have incorporated smart features that can keep tabs on the electricity, water consumption so people are mindful of the same and act responsibly. Also, cross ventilation and added safety have been the preferences of public in recent times,” he explained.
