PVR INOX LTD. AND EVOLUER SOLUTIONS PARTNER TO LAUNCH ‘CINEMA BEHIND THE SCENES’ FOR NEURODIVERSE YOUNG ADULT STUDENTS
PVR INOX Ltd., India’s largest and most inclusive cinema chain, in collaboration with Evoluer Solutions, a leading special education institution in Gurugram, launched a pioneering initiative — Cinema Behind the Scenes — to create real-world employment exposure for neurodiverse young adult students trained for mainstream careers.
Evoluer Solutions has been working in the field of mainstream employment for 10 years and has trained close to 150 individuals for placement in open workspaces. Young individuals are equipped with professional intelligence and emotional skills to contribute valuably to businesses. In a first-of-its-kind industry effort, young adult students from Evoluer Solutions participated in a structured, immersive walkthrough of cinema operations, engaging directly in key roles such as box office management, ushering, food and beverage, and customer service.
The initiative aims to spark sustainable employment pathways in the service sector while reinforcing how inclusive spaces can be fostered within high-footfall public venues like cinemas.

The morning began with an opening note by Ms. Shaloo Sharma, followed by heartfelt student reflections on their journey. Mr. Dutta met the young adult students, handed out certificates of participation, and encouraged them to see this as the beginning of a new chapter.
The young adult students were visibly excited and deeply engaged throughout the visit, asking insightful questions, exploring various cinema operations, and expressing eager anticipation for their upcoming hands-on experience as part of this initiative.
