Festive Cheer Boosts Suzuki Motorcycle India Sales: Records Total Sales of 1,23,550 units in September 2025 with 25% Y-O-Y growth

Gurugram: Suzuki Motorcycle India Pvt. Ltd. (SMIPL), the two-wheeler subsidiary of Suzuki Motor Corporation, Japan, today announced its sales performance for September 2025.

Boosted by the onset of the festive season and the recent GST 2.0 reforms, the company recorded total sales of 1,23,550 units in September 2025, marking a double-digit growth of 25% over 99,185 units sold in September 2024.

In the domestic market, SMIPL registered a robust 37% year-on-year growth, with 1,05,886 units sold in September 2025 against 77,263 units in the same month last year. Parallelly, SMIPL exported 17,664 units in September 2025 compared to 21,922 units in September 2024.

Commenting on the sales performance, Mr. Deepak Mutreja, Vice President – Sales & Marketing, Suzuki Motorcycle India Pvt. Ltd., said, “September has been a remarkable month for SMIPL. The festive cheer translated into strong demand driving 37% growth in our domestic sales. The recent GST reduction has further added to customer enthusiasm, by making our two-wheelers even more affordable. We are optimistic that this momentum will continue through the festive season and beyond, enabling us to serve a larger customer base with our trusted motorcycles and scooters.”

Further enhancing customer satisfaction, SMIPL recorded the highest ever spare parts sale of INR 881 million for the third month in a row, registering a 17% year-on-year growth.

In September 2025, SMIPL introduced four new colour options with updated graphics for the Suzuki V-STROM SX and flagged off its first-ever V-Strom customer expedition to the Himalayas. Further enhancing customer experiences, SMIPL unveiled the Suzuki Avenis X Naruto collaboration and partnered with Jana Small Finance Bank to expand two-wheeler retail financing across India.
