Thiruvananthapuram: HLL Lifecare Limited’s Peroorkada Factory has been awarded the Second Position in the Large-Scale Industry category of the Kerala State Pollution Control Board Award 2025, in recognition of its sustained commitment to environmental protection and pollution control.
The award was presented at the Adlux International Convention Centre, Ernakulam, by Hon’ble MLA Roji M. John, in the esteemed presence of the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Kerala. L.G. Smitha, Unit Head of HLL Peroorkada Factory, along with other senior officers of the factory, received the award on behalf of the organisation.
HLL Peroorkada Factory is one of the largest condom manufacturers in the world.Established in 1966, HLL Lifecare Ltd. is a Mini Ratna public sector enterprise under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare.
