New Delhi : The Institute of Management Studies Noida successfully hosted its two-day inter-collegiate fest, “Management Nexus,” bringing together nearly 150 teams and over 200 participants from 65 colleges across Delhi-NCR. The event served as a dynamic platform for students to showcase their managerial skills, creativity, and problem-solving abilities through a series of competitive and cultural engagements.
The first day featured high-energy academic competitions such as Ad Mania, Business Quiz, Youth Parliament, and “Stock Market Ka Badshah,” where participants demonstrated strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and innovative approaches to real-world challenges. The second day transitioned into vibrant cultural celebrations, including performances and a fashion show featuring outfits made from recycled materials, reflecting both creativity and sustainability.
Rajeev Kumar Gupta, Founder and President said, “The youth of today hold immense potential, and when provided with the right guidance and opportunities, they are capable of achieving remarkable success. Platforms like ‘Management Nexus’ play a crucial role in helping students identify their strengths, build confidence, and prepare for future leadership roles.”
Sharing his thoughts on the event, Vice President Chirag Gupta highlighted that the fest goes beyond competition, serving as a platform to nurture innovation, leadership, and creative thinking among students.
Dr. Ramesh Kumar, Head of the Department, added that “Management Nexus” plays a vital role in experiential learning and self-evaluation, where students engage in practical problem-solving scenarios. He noted that participants showcased strong analytical capabilities in the stock market simulation and collaborated effectively in case-based challenges to develop business solutions.
Through a blend of academic rigor and cultural expression, the fest reflected IMS Noida’s commitment to holistic education, encouraging students to think critically, collaborate effectively, and express themselves creatively.
