Pune: RSB Group, under its flagship women empowerment initiative ‘Ek Pahal’, hosted the fourth edition of the Women Changemakers Award Ceremony in Pune. The event celebrated outstanding women who have made significant contributions to society in the fields of education, social work, and community service.
The event was graced by Chief Guest Seema Dhakane, Senior Police Inspector, Chandan Nagar Police Station, Pune, who delivered an inspiring address on the importance of women’s empowerment and independent decision-making. Applauding RSB’s initiative, said, “ Empowerment begins with the courage to take risks and make decisions for oneself. Women must express themselves fearlessly, uplift each other, and create a world where every woman has the support to grow and succeed. ”
The ceremony also welcomed Deepali Chavan, Founder of Sri Adhyayan Preschool, along with Urmila Behera and Nalini Behera, Founder Members of RSB, Nirmala Behera, Executive Director – HR, RSB Group as Guests of Honour.
