UNext Manipal Academy of BFSI launches ‘ABC Finishing School’, an Immersive Program, developed by Aditya Birla Capital to create Future-Ready BFSI Talent Pipeline
Mumbai: UNext Manipal Academy of BFSI, India’s premier institution for financial services skilling, has launched the ABC Finishing School, an immersive program, developed in collaboration with Aditya Birla Capital, one of India’s leading diversified financial services companies. Designed to nurture the next generation of banking, financial services, and insurance (BFSI) professionals, this initiative aims to build a future-ready workforce by seamlessly integrating academic learning with hands-on industry exposure.
This program combines rigorous classroom instruction with hands-on training to prepare participants with the knowledge, skills and practical experience needed to thrive in the BFSI sector. Upon successful completion, participants will receive a Certification from UNext Manipal Academy of BFSI.
The 7-month curriculum includes 30 days of classroom training at the UNext Manipal Academy of BFSI campus, followed by a 3-month internship and 3-month on-the-job training (OJT) across Aditya Birla Capital’s various business units. Selection is based on a rigorous online assessment followed by personal interviews.

Graduates will be placed in suitable roles across Aditya Birla Capital’s businesses with competitive pay. After completing a set tenure and meeting performance goals, participants will be eligible for a full refund of the program fee. The program is open to graduates who are interested in building a career in sales.
