Two-day Global Road Infratech Summit & Expo (GRIS) being organised in New Delhi on February 5-6 , 2026
New Delhi: About 400 plus eminent road safety and transport experts will be attending a Two day Global Road Infratech Summit & Expo (GRIS) 2026 to be held in New Delhi on February 5-6, 2026 .
“GRIS-2026 is being organised by the India chapter of the Geneva based International Road Federation global road safety body working for better and safer roads world-wide in partnership[ with CRRI, ITS India Forum and Bitumen Forum with the theme ‘Vision Zero India: integrating Safety Sustainability and technology in Infra’ will be attended by global infrastructure experts and policy makers , visionaries, and technocrats from India and about 20 countries. The summit will be inspiring innovation, showcasing cutting-edge solutions from industry providers, fostering knowledge exchange, and open valuable networking opportunities for experts and decision-makers from government bodies and private organisations. The event through the conference cum expo mode, aims to deliver a holistic experience that educates, inspires, and drives progress in the industry by seamlessly blending the formats.” Said Mr K K Kapila, President Emeritus, International Road Federation (IRF) .
“The summit to be inaugurated by Mr Nitin Gadkari, Union Minister for Road Transport & Highways will represent a holistic approach to road safety, combining the latest technological advancements with innovative practices to create safer roads for everyone. By prioritizing safety in every aspect of road design, construction, and management, this theme seeks to move towards a future where road accidents become a rarity, ultimately aiming for zero fatalities.” Said Mr Kapila
