Noida : Ramagya Athena 2026, organised by Ramagya School, came to an end after Six Days of interschool events, with children from various schools in Noida and NCR taking part. The tournament had games such as football, cricket, badminton and chess, among others.

The campus remained active as matches and fixtures kept the sporting extravaganza going. The contests included both individual and the team sports events. The students competed with enthusiasm and showed focus during the matches. Some games at the event were closely contested, while the others were marked by tactical play. The championship kept the sporting momentum going through the week. Each day carried its own pace, with fixtures drawing participation and attention from students, teachers and visiting teams.

Speaking on the conclusion of Ramagya Athena 2026, Mr. Utkarsh Gupta, Managing Director, Ramagya Group said, “Ramagya Athena 2026 once again brought out the energy and determination that young athletes carry. It was very encouraging for us to see the students playing with discipline, motivating each other and treating every game seriously. Such events help build confidence, teamwork, and personality outside the field as well.”

Notably, this was the second edition of Ramagya Athena where schools with a good reputation in the region took part. During the competition, the students participated with excitement but at the same time exhibited team spirit and good sportsmanship throughout the entire competition. The tournament created a spirit of healthy competition among the youngsters.

Several matches at the tournament were closely contested and kept the spectators engaged till the final stages. In this sporting carnival, the students were observed handling stress situations and adapting rapidly during the games. In individual sports, the aspect of concentration and patience was also present. These instances contributed towards making the tournament competitive while providing the players with exhilarating match experience.

Apart from the results, the event placed emphasis on discipline, resilience and confidence. Participation itself was treated as an important part of learning, with students gaining experience through both wins and setbacks. For many, the championship served as exposure to interschool competition and the demands that come with it.

The event also provided the students with a chance to interact with their peers from other schools and experience a wider sporting environment altogether. For younger participants in particular, the occasion offered practical learning that often comes only through high-pressure match situations. Not only the students, but the coaches and teachers equally remained engaged through the week and guided the students while helping maintain the structure of the tournament.

The tournament concluded with award ceremonies in which the teams, along with the players, were awarded for their participation and performance. The tournament ended with the same spirit with which it began, and yet another page was added to the school’s attempt at organizing competitive sports events.
