Pune : Celebrate the flavours of summer as Farro Pune introduces its Summer Special Mango Brunch Edition, a seasonal culinary showcase highlighting inventive new dishes, tropical ingredients and refreshing beverages inspired by India’s favourite fruit and the true king of summers, the mango.
Running every Saturday and Sunday throughout May 2026, the brunch menu brings together bold global flavours with indulgent seasonal touches, perfect for relaxed weekend dining.
Guests can savour newly introduced dishes such as Roasted Carrot & Hummus, finished with a honey–harissa glaze, chermoula, hazelnuts and mango tahina, alongside Smoked Pineapple Prawns paired with kalamata olives, chilli, peanut crumble and pineapple chutney, creating a delightful sweet–smoky balance.
The highlight of the experience is a dedicated Mango Dessert Showcase, featuring Mangoes & Cream with candied pistachio, fresh Alphonso mangoes, malai, mango ice cream and mango mousse, a decadent tribute to the season’s most loved fruit.
Complementing the menu are refreshing summer pours including Hefeweizen and Mango Mead, ideal for easygoing weekend afternoons.
