Brigade Revenue Increases 11% to ₹ 5,909 Crore in FY26; EBITDA at ₹ 1,638 Crore

 Bengaluru : Brigade Enterprises Ltd., reported real estate sales of 1.95 Mn sft with sales value of ₹ 2,521 Cr for Q4 FY26. The average realization stood at ₹ 12,915, an increase of 7% over Q4 FY 2025. Brigade launched ~ 4 Mn sft across seven projects during the last quarter of FY26.

Performance Highlights FY26

·        The Real Estate business registered pre-sales of 6.13 Mn sft translating to a value of ₹ 7,424 Cr. The segment clocked a revenue of ₹ 4,002 Cr, witnessing a growth of 11% over FY25.

·        Leasing witnessed an increase of 12% in revenue, growing from ₹ 1,165 Cr in FY25 to ₹ 1,303 Cr in FY26. Brigade’s retail footfalls increased by 7% over the past fiscal year with 18% growth in retail sales consumption during FY26 over FY25.

·        The company’s Hospitality portfolio occupancy stood at 76% for the financial year. ARR stood at ₹ 7,453, an increase of 11% during FY26. Revenue grew to ₹ 604 Cr in FY26 from ₹ 536 Cr in FY25, an increase of 13%.

·        Total collections stood at ₹ 7,476 Cr during FY26 & the net cash flow from operations stood at ₹ 1,411 Cr.

Dividend

The Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of ₹ 2/- per equity share (20%) of

₹ 10/- each for the Financial Year 2025-26.

Bonus Issue

The Board of Directors has recommended a bonus issue of 1: 3 i.e. 1 (one) bonus equity share of Rs. 10/- each fully paid up for every 3 (three) equity shares of Rs. 10/- each fully paid up held by the shareholders as on record date subject to the approval of the members of the Company.

Commenting on the company’s performance, Pavitra Shankar, Managing Director, Brigade Enterprises Ltd.  Said “The Q4 of FY26 reflected the sales momentum we had been building towards. We recorded our strongest quarter of FY26, with pre‑sales of ₹2,521 crore, a 44% sequential increase, driven by strong new‑launch absorption and disciplined pricing. Average realisations improved 9% year‑on‑year, underscoring market confidence in Brigade’s product quality. Overall, Brigade enters FY27 with a strong pipeline, balanced portfolio and clear execution focus. To commemorate the 40th of Brigade, the Board has recommended a bonus issue of 1:3.”
