“Prime Day has been a great opportunity for woody24into7 to connect with customers across the globe. As a growing wooden handicrafts and game brand from Telangana participating in Prime Day helped us showcase our products to a much wider audience in the USA market.
Historically during the Prime Day period, our sales increased nearly three times, giving our brand strong visibility and helping new customers discover the quality and craftsmanship behind woody24into7 products. The event not only boosted our sales but also increased customer trust and brand recognition internationally. Amazon has played an important role in helping woody24into7 expand in the USA market. We are excited to continue bringing high-quality wooden products from India to customers around the world ” – Mohammed Haider, Founder, woody24into7
Ahead of Amazon’s Prime Day shopping event in June, exporters from Hyderabad are focusing on strengthening inventory readiness, optimizing product listings, and scaling operations to meet international customer demand. Businesses are increasingly leveraging ecommerce export tools and logistics solutions to build globally competitive brands and scale their presence across international markets.
Srinidhi Kalvapudi, Head of Amazon Global Selling, India, said, “We are seeing strong momentum from exporters in Telangana, with cities like Hyderabad continuing to strengthen their position as important manufacturing and export hubs for global markets. As Amazon Global Selling works towards enabling $80 billion in cumulative exports from India by 2030, we remain focused on making exports simpler and helping Indian businesses scale globally. Global shopping events like Prime Day create strong demand for Indian products across categories like home, apparel, health and personal care, furniture amongst others and we are committed to helping exporters capitalize on these opportunities and reach customers worldwide.”
As part of its seller readiness efforts ahead of the shopping event, Amazon Global Selling is conducting training sessions and workshops across key exporter hubs including Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, and Panipat, among others. These sessions are designed to help exporters prepare for global demand spikes by improving listing quality, inventory planning, logistics readiness, and operational efficiency. The initiative highlights growing international demand for Indian products across categories such as home, apparel, beauty, kitchen, toys, and lifestyle. Increasingly, Indian businesses are using ecommerce exports to build global customer bases and scale beyond traditional export markets.
