Anita Rivera of The Peabody Companies Attains Certified Professional of Occupancy Designation

 BRAINTREE, MILTON, MA: The Peabody Companies (www.wearepeabody.com), a group of award-winning property management and real estate firms now celebrating its 50th anniversary, is pleased to announce that Anita Rivera of Milton, Massachusetts has achieved Certified Professional of Occupancy (CPO) designation through the National Affordable Housing Management Association (NAHMA).

As such, she has successfully completed the comprehensive program for affordable housing property management staff and is proficient in U.S. Housing and Urban Development (HUD)) occupancy regulations and compliance standards.

Rivera, who joined The Peabody Companies in February of 2024, is an occupancy specialist at Fenway Forward in Boston.
