This monsoon, Grand Mercure Bangalore presents a specially curated selection of seasonal favourites across its dining venues.

At By The Blue, guests can begin their meal with Dum Adraki Nalli Shorba and Tamatar Tulsi Ka Shorba, followed by appetisers such as Palak Moongphali Seekh, Gandhraj Chilli Mahi Tikka, Tandoori Chicken, and Pomfret. The menu also features a range of hearty main courses, including Lasooni Dal Tadka, Bhindi Desi Tadka, Amritsari Macchi Curry, and Murgh Tikka Makhani, offering a comforting dining experience suited to the season.

At The Verandah, the monsoon menu pays tribute to the dishes that have become synonymous with the season. Featuring Bombay Masala Bread Pakoda, Vada Pav, Mirchi Pakoda, and Crispy Cauliflower, the selection is available throughout the day, offering guests an opportunity to savour classic monsoon flavours whenever the craving strikes.
