As Bangalore enters the monsoon season, Katana is pleased to present the Baiu menu, offering comfort with every bite. Named after Japan’s traditional plum rain, this curated selection was crafted to complement the cosy monsoon evenings.

The specialised menu features dishes such as Crispy Enoki, Teba No Yaki, spicy and creamy chicken wings, and Salmon Tartar served on Potato cakes, all perfectly suited for the weather. A notable highlight is the “Quick Ramen,” a customizable Ramen bowl that allows guests to choose their preferred base and protein. For a more indulgent experience, guests may enjoy a premium 20-piece Assorted Sushi Platter, including fresh salmon sashimi, gunkan maki, sake maki, spicy tuna uramaki, salmon nigiri, and tuna nigiri. For those craving classic delicacies, the menu also offers hot Prawn Gyoza, Beef Gyoza, and Prawn Corn Fritters.

To enhance this experience, a selection of speciality sake cocktails has been curated. Guests may enjoy the Tiramisu No Yoru, a harmonious blend of sake, fresh cream, and homemade tiramisu syrup; the Katana Counsel, featuring a rich combination of sake, vermouth, and merlot; and the Pearl Blossom, which combines sake, guava juice, and mint with homemade strawberry syrup, topped with soda.
