Designed as a thoughtfully curated multi-course journey, the experience reimagines time-honoured royal recipes through contemporary techniques and elegant presentations. Guests may choose between specially crafted vegetarian and non-vegetarian menus, each paired with premium tequila expressions and bespoke cocktails designed to complement the nuanced spice profiles of Indian cuisine. Highlights include a Choux Bun Pillow inspired by beloved Indian street flavours, Tandoori Scallops or Edamame & Vegetable Seekh Kebab, Truffle Chicken Agnolotti or Smoked Paneer Tortellini, and a choice between Masala-Crusted Lamb Loin with Laal Maas gravy or Jackfruit & Mushroom Wellington with saffron gravy.
Set against an elegant atmosphere enhanced by music and sophisticated floral décor, the evening celebrates the shared craftsmanship behind India’s rich culinary traditions and the world of premium agave spirits. The experience concludes with a modern interpretation of traditional Indian desserts, including a Paan Macaron, Thandai Chocolate Truffle Pastry and Shrikhand & Berry Petit Gâteau.
