The menu begins with an indulgent Guacamole Trio, featuring classic guacamole alongside roasted corn and jalapeño, and a vibrant mango-habanero rendition, served with crisp corn tortilla chips. Guests can also savour the Wild Mushroom Quesadilla Bites, paired with truffle crema and pico de gallo, or tuck into the Sweet Potato Taquitos, finished with a chipotle honey drizzle and queso fresco.
For those looking to explore Mexico’s much-loved taco culture, the festival offers an exciting selection including Birria Tacos, featuring slow-cooked shredded lamb with onion, tomato, cheddar, and pico de gallo; Chicken Tinga Tostadas with smoky shredded chicken and avocado; and Belgium Pork Tacos, layered with melted cheese, chipotle and adobo pork, salsa, and sour cream.
