In his new role, Raghuveer will lead HR strategy across KAS Group, strengthening organisational capability, leadership development, high-performing teams, and alignment with business goals.
Raghuveer brings over two decades of HR leadership experience across manufacturing and engineering, with expertise in HR partnering, industrial relations, talent management, organisational development, and leadership development. He has also contributed to HR initiatives recognised by CII HR Best Practice forums. A strong advocate of people-led growth, he focuses on building high-performance cultures and is passionate about mentoring young professionals and exploring AI and automation for smarter workplaces.
