Accor, a global leader in hospitality, has announced the signing of Novotel Jaipur Achrol Resort & Spa, strengthening the Group’s presence in Rajasthan and advancing its expansion across India’s high-growth leisure destinations. Scheduled to open in 2031, the 150-key resort will introduce Novotel’s Longevity Everyday vision to one of Jaipur’s fastest-growing hospitality corridors, with contemporary spaces and experiences designed to support everyday wellbeing.

Designed as a modern resort, the property will feature 150 spacious guestrooms with private balconies, an all-day dining restaurant, a lobby lounge bar, a swimming pool, spa and fitness centre. With approximately 1,000 square metres of versatile banquet and meeting space, it is positioned to become a preferred venue for weddings, social celebrations, MICE, corporate offsites and leisure getaways.

Strategically located along the Delhi–Jaipur corridor, Novotel Jaipur Achrol will offer seamless connectivity to Jaipur city, Jaipur International Airport and iconic Rajasthan attractions including Amer Fort, Jaigarh Fort, Nahargarh Fort and the Aravalli Hills. Achrol is rapidly emerging as a hub for leisure escapes, destination weddings and corporate retreats, supported by strong accessibility from Delhi NCR and other key North Indian markets. As demand grows, the resort will cater to a wide range of travel occasions — combining opportunities to dine, unwind and stay active with spaces to meet, connect and celebrate.

Commenting on the signing, Ms. Ranju Alex, CEO, Accor South Asia, said: “The signing of Novotel Jaipur Achrol reflects our continued strategy of expanding into destinations with strong long-term leisure and events potential. Jaipur remains one of India’s most sought-after travel destinations, and Achrol is rapidly emerging as a natural extension of this growth story. With its growing appeal for leisure travellers, destination weddings, social celebrations and business events, we see a strong opportunity for Novotel and its distinctive approach to contemporary hospitality, balanced living and everyday wellbeing.”

The project is being developed by Anvi Carnations Hotel and Resorts LLP. A spokesperson for the developer said: “We are delighted to partner with Accor to introduce the Novotel brand to Achrol. The destination has witnessed tremendous growth over the past few years, particularly in leisure tourism, weddings and corporate events. Together, we aim to create a landmark hospitality destination that will elevate the region’s tourism offering while delivering world-class experiences for guests.”

Novotel Jaipur Achrol will further strengthen Accor’s growing presence across Rajasthan while supporting the Group’s expansion strategy across India’s emerging leisure destinations.
