The resort’s signature Asian restaurant – EAST, brings together interactive culinary stations, handcrafted beverages and live entertainment for a leisurely weekend brunch
Saturdays just found a new reason to make your way to North Bengaluru. East at JW Marriott Bengaluru Prestige Golfshire Resort & Spa presents the East Brunch Social, an afternoon bringing together sushi, dim sum, live hibachi, Soju experiences, handcrafted cocktails, desserts and live music against the scenic backdrop of Nandi Hills.
Taking place on 19 September 2026, from 12:30 PM to 4:00 PM, the East Brunch Social is designed as an easy-going Asian-inspired afternoon, with guests invited to explore a spread of interactive culinary stations, craft cocktails and live entertainment in a relaxed lakeside setting.
The experience begins with a welcome Soju drink, setting the tone for an afternoon of food and discovery. Guests can explore the JW Garden Fresh Harvest, featuring dishes such as Hamachi Ceviche with apple ponzu and togarashi, Five Spice Duck Salad and Young Mango Salad, before moving to the Little Tokyo Station, offering sushi and sashimi including Crazy California, Giant Roll, Salmon Aburi Nigiri and a selection of salmon, tuna and hamachi sashimi.
At the Dimsum and Bao Station, freshly prepared offerings include Prawn Har Gao, Chicken Shumai and Black Cod, alongside vegetarian options such as Edamame Truffle and Vegetable Dumplings. The experience continues at the Hibachi Station, where Tiger Prawn, Hokkaido Scallop, Lamb Chop and Corn-Fed Chicken are prepared live, alongside vegetables, Tofu Steak and Yakinisu Eggplant.
The Tempura and Crepe Station adds another interactive element, with Prawn and Calamari Tempura, Kaki Age and Okonomiyaki, while the meal bowls bring together comforting Asian preparations such as Chicken Soto Ayam, Korean Jap Chae, Gra Pao, Chicken Ayam Bakar and Thai Green Curry Rice.
Dessert brings its own selection of Asian-inspired and contemporary favourites, including Matcha Crème Brûlée, Vietnamese Che Com, Castela, Basque Cheesecake and Hibachi Banana Crepe Flambé. Guests can also choose from gelato and sorbet flavours including Miso Caramel, Citrus Vanilla, Mandarin and Chili Raspberry.
The beverage experience is an integral part of the afternoon, with guests able to enjoy craft cocktails and Asian-inspired serves, including Yuzu Soju Spritz, Lychee Soju Cooler and Korean Sunrise, along with bubble tea mocktails. The Suntory Toki Bar Counter adds a dedicated whisky experience to the afternoon, while the champagne brunch package offers champagne throughout the experience.
Adding to the atmosphere, a two-piece live band will perform a mix of jazz, pop and soft rock, creating an easy-going soundtrack to the afternoon. Guests can also enjoy the resort’s Flamingo Pool, extending the experience beyond the restaurant.
Set against the resort’s lakeside surroundings, the East Brunch Social brings together food, drinks, music and interactive experiences for a relaxed Saturday afternoon, offering Bengaluru residents and resort guests an opportunity to spend the weekend away from the city’s usual pace.
