Maritza Alvalle of The Peabody Companies to be Installed as CPM during IREM Boston October Event

SCITUATE, BOSTON, MA:  Maritza Alvalle will be installed as a CPM (Certified Property Manager) of the Institute of Real Estate Management during the October 29th Annual Wine Taste & Dinner Installation event at Leo’s Restaurant & Events in Braintree.

The CPM is one of the highest professional designations that a real estate manager can earn and is recognized worldwide as the premier property management certification.

Alvalle is the director of portfolio operations with The Peabody Companies.
