The Supper Society Returns to Olive Beach Bengaluru  with an American Chef’s Italian Affair

Bengaluru: Bengaluru’s beloved Mediterranean dining destination, Olive Beach, invites guests to an intimate evening of slow dining with the return of The Supper Society, its exclusive dining series that celebrates food, wine, and conversation in equal measure. On 23rd October, from 8:30 PM, the next edition, Supper Society ft. Don Forst, brings together an American chef and the warmth of Italian-inspired cooking for a four-course supper at the restaurant.

Chef Don Forst, who hails from the United States, brings an outsider’s curiosity to the Italian table. Working with Olive Beach’s kitchen, he has created a menu that moves from bright, citrusy scapece to agrodolce-glazed mains, with a few delicious surprises along the way. The result is a meal that feels familiar and playful at once, and one that fits the spirit of communal dining the series is known for.

The evening opens with the Antipasto, a pair of scapece dishes: Shrimp Scapece with orange mojo, and a vegetarian Asparagus Scapece with passion fruit mojo. The Primo follows with a Tex-Mex Baked Macaroni & Cheese, available in vegetarian and non-vegetarian versions, a nod to Chef Don’s American roots.

For the Secondo, guests can choose between Lamb Chops with Agrodolce Glaze, served with whipped feta and pickled shallots, or a vegetarian Eggplant Steak with Agrodolce Glaze, finished with the same whipped feta and pickled shallots. The evening closes with a Dolce of Praline Semifreddo with Bourbon Caramel Sauce.
