Haflong: The Dima Hasao Deputy Commissioner Sri Paul Barua inugurated the two day live programm of ‘Hills Got talent’ at District Library Auditorium on Saturday.
Aiming to promote and encourage the talents of the youths and to give platform to these talented youths , the ‘Hills Got Talent’ a talent hunt was organiesed by the Venture Films Production a newly formed film producing organisation of Haflong.
The event was startewd with the lighting of lamp followed by feleicitation of Chief Guest Sri Paul Barua, Guests of honour Sri Anup Biswas, Judges of the programm Niranjan Bathari, Anuj Kemprai and Rathi Jidung .
DC Barua appreciating the organisers said that thewre was no derth of talents in youths of Dima Hasao and hoped that one day more telented youths could get opprtunity to showcase their talents in other parts of the country. He wished all the participants to be succesful in the compition.
DC also released a Dimasa music vedio ‘ oye majangdi’ produced by Rathi Judung a popular choreographer .
The Hills Got talent was organised online during the lockdown and got tremendous response and now at least 22 participants would be performing in the competetion.
Earlier Swadeep Hasamsa, Chairman, Venture Film Production explained the aims and objective while welcoming the guests, judges and participants.
