Washington: External Affairs Minister Dr. S Jaishankar has held a meeting with Commerce Secretary of United States of America Gina Raimondo. In a tweet, Dr. Jaishankar said, our goal is to enhance resilience and reliability of supply chains and enhance trust and transparency in business.
Secretary Raimondo expressed interest in continued engagement with Indian government as the United States moves toward the launch of the Indo-Pacific Economic Framework. Earlier, Dr. Jaishankar met with Ambassador of United States Trade Representative Katherine Tai. During the meeting, issues of bilateral trade were discussed.
