Delhiites witnessed thundershowers this evening, which brought the temperature down by several notches.
The late evening rain also brought air pollution levels down.
The Air Quality Index level came down to 150, which falls in the poor category. Earlier in the morning, the air quality in the national capital was in the “severe” category.
The maximum temperature was recorded at 18 degrees Celsius while the minimum came down to 12 degrees Celsius which is four notches below normal.
Met department has forecast thunderstorm with hail tomorrow as well.
