Bengaluru : This October, High Ultra Lounge brings the cocktail culture of Jaipur to Bengaluru, welcoming Native Cocktail Room, Jaipur, for a special one-evening collaboration. Set on the 31st floor of the rooftop destination, it will host the collaboration on 9th October 2026, pairing its sweeping city views with inventive cocktails, contemporary Indian flavors, and stories that unfold through every drink.
At the heart of the evening is Native Cocktail Room’s immersive approach to cocktails and cuisine, rooted in culture and creativity. Ranked #25 in @30bestbarsin, the Jaipur cocktail room’s latest menu pays tribute to global icons, with creations inspired by James Bond, Mona Lisa and Ratan Tata, each reflecting a distinct personality and story. The experience is being curated by Anubhav Madan, Beverage Manager at Native Cocktail Room, who brings the bar’s distinctive approach to storytelling and cocktail craft to Bengaluru.
Detailed menus and bespoke illustrations further bring the inspiration behind each cocktail to life, helping guests understand the essence of every creation. The selection includes the Pondicherry Sour, with gin, Aperol, hibiscus berry cordial and vegan foam; Apple State, made with smoky whisky, herbal liqueur, orange blossom and apple soda; On the Walk, blending chamomile gin, cucumber, elderflower wine, citrus and sparkling wine; and Camellia, combining whiskey, matcha liqueur, green apple, maple and bubbles. The selection also draws from Indian cities such as Nagpur and Jodhpur, using native ingredients to celebrate regional authenticity, while the accompanying food menu offers contemporary interpretations of regional Indian flavours.
Bringing everything together is Native’s philosophy of tradition meeting contemporary style, reflected in its warm, artistic approach to food and cocktails. Each creation carries a story of its own, making the evening at High Ultra Lounge a meeting point of culture, creativity, and craft.
