A platform for patients to talk about their experience

Gone are the days of watching a live panel discussion on television. Especially, when these are real-life stories of, she warriors, who have been fighting their battles with Cancer, Thyroid, Covid, Surgeries and what not all alone. Transformative has heard their voices and made sure they reach the right audience in the most unique way. 

The Battles of Wonder Women” was the theme of this exclusive Live Patients Panel Discussion that recently happened. In the quest of bringing forward the pain, the dilemma, the emotional ups & downs, and the baggage experienced by ‘She’ patients across the country, Transformative.today, 750AD Healthcare’s platform, brought together wonderful panelists who were Cancer survivors, Covid recovered, Thyriod recovered and going through chemotherapy.  The women who participated in the Panel were Neha Bahri, Vani Verma, Chandra Rekha Gulabani, PiyaBajwa and Sarika Negi. From being housewives to being at the forefront of high-pressure jobs, they didn’t hesitate in sharing their personal experiences, and gave some realistic and important tips to help viewers stay positive. They appreciated Patients Review Program, an off-beat initiative of Transformative where patients get an opportunity to review doctors and hospitals or any healthcare facilities based on their experiences.

Team Transformative brought forward these unique stories through strenuous research and brainstorming over the past 3 months, and made its #PanelStudio live on its official Facebook Page. The stories of the patients were not just emotional but also reflected the suffering behind any ailments. Sharing her experience PiyaBajwa, gave a very important message to all Cancer Survivors that, “One must always eat fresh and not eat any meal that has been kept aside for over 15 minutes. Stale food is extremely unhealthy for anyone, but specifically people that have recovered from long term ailments.” Another patient Sarika Negi who underwent Thyroid surgery said, “People do not believe that Thyroid needs to be operated. I did not myself believe it for once and was overstressed but you must always consult good doctors before forming any notions.”

The Panel Discussion saw an amazing response from the audience with 52% men participating in the live more than the 48% participation from women. The participants were mostly from Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities who shared some very interesting questions for the Panelists. Transformative has brought forward this unique Live Panel Discussion on Social Media, which was moderated by Dr. Supriya Himanshu, Consulting Editor, 750AD Healthcare Pvt. Ltd.

Speaking on the overwhelming response on the live, Shabnum Khan, Founder, 750AD Healthcare said, “Being a woman, I am glad that I could offer my platform as an opportunity to the unheard voices. It is indeed astonishing that the participation of men from across the country was higher as compared to women. It is a good indicator of how men are supporting women in their health journey. We plan to do much such Live Panel Discussion in near future, maybe an all-men Panel. You never know, she summed.”
