At the heart of this offering is Teatro – The Estate Kitchen, where the buffet presents a vibrant interplay of seasonal and regional flavours. Raw mangoes lend a bright, tangy note to dishes such as paneer tikka and dal, while traditional preparations like mango gojju and mavinakayi chitranna bring forth the depth of local culinary heritage. Complementing these are refreshing summer beverages, including aam panna, mango lassi, a mango mojito twist, and a mango basil slush, each crafted to reflect the freshness of the season.

The experience extends into an indulgent dessert selection, where mango is reimagined through refined, patisserie-style creations.
