Aadhar Housing Finance Ltd. aims to make home-owning more affordable in Hyderabad under PMAY-U 2.0
Hyderabad: Aadhar Housing Finance Ltd. is dedicated to making home ownership more affordable in Hyderabad through the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana – Urban 2.0 (PMAY-U 2.0). With an aim to enhance awareness about this government initiative and subsequently provide seamless access to home loans, the housing finance company is organising a spot sanction camp at their branch office between December 12th to 15th, 2024. This Spot Sanction Camp will not only benefit customers residing in Hyderabad but also benefit a larger section of the population living in smaller cities like Kukatpally, Mahabubnagar, Wanaparthy, Shadnagar amongst others.
Aadhar is strengthening its presence in Telangana through its extensive network of 43 branches which includes its Deep Impact branches with an objective to provide easy credit access to citizens across the region. The PMAY initiative will help the company to provide cost effective housing loans solutions to the lower income segment (EWS, LIG, and MIG) and uplift the lives of families seeking to buy their first home.
With a heartfelt mission to provide ‘pucca homes for every Indian’, Aadhar intends to educate the first-time homeowners about the benefits of PMAY-U 2.0 at PMAY Utsav. This camp will provide an in-depth explanation regarding the eligibility criteria and simplify the process of availing PMAY subsidy to the end consumer. In addition, the company will also provide spot home loan sanction letters to individuals upon furnishing relevant documents at the camp, thus enabling home buyers to a seamless advancement towards homeownership.
