Chennai: After a four-year hiatus, Ability Foundation is all set to bring back its pioneering job fair, EmployABILITY 2023, for job seekers with disabilities. Currently in its 11th edition, the job fair is set to bring together employers from all sectors from across India to recruit active job seekers for varied positions. The initiative organized by Ability Foundation in association with Naukri.com, NHRD Chennai, NHRD Pune and Rotary Club of Madras, aims to bring equal-opportunities to qualified job seekers with disabilities. Set to take place in the month of October, EmployABILITY started in the year 2004 as an annual job opportunities fair that brings together discerning employers and qualified persons with disabilities on a unique equal opportunities and non-discriminating platform. Ever since its inception, the job fair has been hailed as a landmark event for bringing together qualified candidates with disabilities and committed equal opportunity employers. EmployABILITY offers a unique platform for all discerning employers the opportunity to meet a wealth of qualified persons with disabilities whose resumes will be matched to suit every job requirement.
