ACC, a part of the diversified Adani Portfolio, along with the Adani Foundation, is improving access to quality healthcare and social security through community outreach initiatives around its Kymore plant.
Maya Bai Chaudhary, a 43-year-old resident of Deori Majhgawan Panchayat, hailed from a financially vulnerable family with limited access to healthcare benefits. Through the dedicated efforts of Mrs. Tulsa Chaudhary, a Sangini at Adani Foundation’s Meri Sangini Meri Margdarshika (MSMM) programme, Maya Bai was enrolled under the Ayushman Bharat Scheme.
In 2025, when she was diagnosed with a gallbladder stone requiring immediate surgery, the Ayushman Card enabled her to undergo cashless treatment worth 1.05 lakh rupees at a private hospital in Bhopal. The timely support not only restored her health but also spared her family from significant financial stress.
Through initiatives that strengthen access to government welfare schemes, the Adani Foundation at ACC Kymore continues to improve healthcare accessibility and enhance the well-being of vulnerable communities.
