AEEE Registration: Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham has issued a final reminder for engineering aspirants regarding the Amrita Entrance Examination – Engineering (AEEE) 2026. The registration window for Phase 2 is set to close on Apr 15, 2026. This serves as the final opportunity for students seeking admission to B Tech programs across Amrita’s campuses in Coimbatore, Amritapuri, Bengaluru, Chennai, Amaravati, Faridabad, Haridwar and Nagercoil.
Important Dates for Phase 2:
• Application Deadline: April 15, 2026
• Slot Booking Window: April 10 to April 20, 2026
• Admit Card Release: Immediately following slot booking
• Phase 2 Exam Dates: April 24 to April 30, 2026
• Result Declaration: Expected in May 2026
Instructions for Candidates:
1. Slot Booking: The slot booking process is conducted on a “first-come, first-served” basis. Registered candidates must log in to the Amrita Online Admission Portal (AOAP) starting April 10 to select their preferred exam date and time slot.
2. Improvement Opportunity: Students who appeared in Phase 1 (conducted in late January) are eligible to appear for Phase 2 to improve their scores. An additional fee of ₹600 is applicable for these candidates.
3. Score Consideration: For candidates appearing in both phases, the best of the two scores will be considered for the final AEEE 2026 ranking.
4. JEE Main Pathway: Candidates can also apply based on their JEE Main 2026 percentile. Amrita reserves a percentage of seats for JEE Main qualifiers, and students can choose to apply through AEEE, JEE Main, or both to maximize their admission chances.
Exam Pattern: The AEEE is a 2.5-hour computer-based test (CBT) consisting of 100 questions.

• Physics: 25 Questions
• Chemistry: 20 Questions
• Quantitative Aptitude: 10 Questions
• English: 5 Questions
• Marking: +3 for correct answers; -1 for incorrect answers.
