Singapore: All Major Asian stock indices ended in green on Friday. Hong Kong’s Hang Seng surged 2.42 percent and Singapore’s Straits Times index climbed 1.4 percent. South Korea’s Kospi gained 1.32 percent and Japan’s Nikkei-225 rose 0.86 percent. While China’s Shanghai Composite index was closed due to holiday.
In intra-day trade, European markets were also trading in green. London’s FTSE-100 gained around one percent, Germany’s DAX rose 0.8 percent and France’s CAC was trading 0.6 percent up when reports last came in.
