AngelBot AI Introduces TeamSync for AI-Driven Enterprise Knowledge Management

India:  AngelBot AI, an enterprise technology company, has announced the launch of TeamSync, an AI-native document and content intelligence platform designed to help organisations turn fragmented information into secure, searchable and actionable knowledge.

Enterprise information often sits across documents, departments and repositories, making it difficult for employees to locate relevant material and use it effectively. TeamSync addresses this challenge by bringing together content management, AI-powered search and document intelligence while maintaining access controls and auditability.

The platform includes DocuTalk, which enables users to ask questions and interact with documents using natural language. Its semantic search capabilities help retrieve information based on meaning and context, supporting users who may not know the exact keywords or location of a document.

TeamSync’s permissions-aware AI is designed to ground responses in information the user is authorised to access. Supporting evidence and citations help users trace answers back to source material and assess the information before applying it to their work.

Sumit Shrotriya, Director, AngelBot AI Private Limited, said, “Enterprises hold valuable knowledge across their documents and systems, but finding and applying that knowledge remains a daily challenge. With TeamSync, we want to make information easier to use while preserving the permissions, governance and accountability organisations depend on. Our focus is practical: helping employees find relevant information, understand its source and use it with greater confidence.”

Beyond information discovery, TeamSync offers document templates, metadata extraction, electronic signatures, contract lifecycle management and eDiscovery capabilities. These functions support document-intensive processes, from organising information and reviewing agreements to managing approvals and retrieving records.

Security and governance are central to the platform’s design. TeamSync includes tamper-evident audit capabilities and crypto-shredding, supporting organisations that manage sensitive information and require control over its access and lifecycle.

AngelBot AI is targeting mid-sized and large enterprises across banking and financial services, healthcare and life sciences, government and the public sector, energy, accounting and tax, and architecture, engineering and construction. The company offers software subscriptions and platform licensing, alongside implementation, integration and support, with deployments aligned to organisational requirements.

The launch builds on AngelBot AI’s work in enterprise information management. The company has received recognition from the Indian Air Force for IMIR, a document management system powered by TeamSync.

Looking ahead, AngelBot AI plans to expand TeamSync’s capabilities in agentic AI, enterprise knowledge intelligence, intelligent workflows and industry-specific solutions. It also aims to strengthen its presence in regulated industries and international markets.
