Kokrajhar : Shot-put player from Kokrajhar, Assam Thunlai Narzary won the Gold medal in the 67th All India Police 
Athletics Championship held at Jawaharla Nehru Stadium in Delhi from 10 to 14 December.
Narzary has been selected for World Police meet 2019 to be held in China following her gold 
medal performance.
Narzary is presently posted with 10Ap Bn Assam Police. She participate as Assam Police team.
33 defense teams from different companies of the country participated in the meet.
Narzary hails from Gilaguri village of Dotma in kokrajhar district.
Various organizations and individuals have congratulate Narzary for her performance.
