Kokrajhar: Assam chief minister Sarbananda Sonowal and North East Democratic Alliance (NEDA) convenor and health, finance and education minister Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma and state BJP president Ranjeet Kumar Dass will attend the Assam State BJP ST Morcha Executive meeting to be held in Kokrajhar with three day programe scheduled from 12 October next.
Talking to Reporters in Kokrajhar today, President of Kokrajhar district BJP Bibhuti Borgoyary said the executive meet of Assam BJP ST morcha will be held with three days scheduled program at Kokrajhar Higher Secondary and Multiple purpose school ground in Kokrajhar town on 12, 13 and 14 October next.
BJP President Ranjit Kumar Dass will attend the function on the opening day, ie.12th October, Health minister Dr Himanta Biswa Sarma on 13th October and chief minister Sarbananda Sonowal will attend the concluding day of the executive meeting on 14 October.
On the BTC election, Borgoyary said that the BJP party is getting massive support from all corners of the council region and formed the government in the Council. The BJP is contesting in 26 constituencies in the 40 members BTC legislative assembly.
