National : Awfis Space Solutions Ltd., India’s largest flexible workspace solutions platform, today announced the launch of its new centres in Pune, Bengaluru, and Mumbai. The company has added ~1,45,000 sq. ft. of chargeable area with the latest design versions to cater to modern enterprises, GCCs, and large corporates. All the new centres are built on Awfis’ latest design version and add to its growing portfolio of premium, Grade A+ inventory. These additions are over and above the ~ 1,00,000 sq. ft. of premium workspace of the recently launched Elite Centre in Aerocity, New Delhi, taking the cumulative chargeable area across these launches to ~2,45,000 sq. ft.
A key part of this strategy is Awfis 6.0, which represents the evolution of the company’s design philosophy. Reflected in its Mumbai and Pune centres, the format combines contemporary aesthetics, intelligent space planning, and operational efficiency to create future-ready work environments. They provide private offices, coworking desks, meeting/podcast rooms, and event spaces, supported by high-speed connectivity, 24/7 access, and hospitality-led services. The latest design incorporates refined aesthetics, enhanced acoustics and lighting, wellness-focused layouts, upgraded collaboration zones, and technology-enabled experiences.
