 In the voting, 8 Congress MLAs were found absent. After the vote, six of the eight Congress MLAs have left the party. The BJP won a vote of confidence in the Assembly by voice vote as a total of 28 BJP MLAs and 16 Congress MLAs were present during the voting.There is an atmosphere of chaos for the Congress as their legislators protested and threw chairs in the wells of the House.
