The BJP has said that it will move the Supreme Court to seek permission for its proposed ‘rath yatra’ programme in West Bengal. BJP state chief Dilip Ghosh said they have decided to move the apex court and will fight till the end.
He accused the Trinamool Congress government of trying to ensure their ‘rath yatra’ programme doesn’t take place. Mr Ghosh said the party will approach the apex court “very soon” but did not elaborate on as to when.
