New Delhi : Brandman Retail Limited, an India-focused distributor and retailer of international sports and lifestyle brands, announced its standalone financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended March 31, 2026.
The company reported a strong performance during Q4 FY26, with revenue from operations growing by 137.70% year-on-year to INR 67.10 crore, compared to INR 28.23 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. Profit After Tax stood at INR 5.64 crore, marking a 38.12% year-on-year growth, compared to INR 4.09 crore in Q4 FY25.
For the full fiscal year FY26, Brandman Retail Limited reported revenue from operations of INR 162.41 crore, registering a growth of 20.10% over INR 135.22 crore in FY25. The company’s Profit After Tax for FY26 stood at INR 25.30 crore, reflecting a growth of 20.20% over INR 21.05 crore in the previous financial year.
Brandman Retail Limited continued to strengthen its position in India’s premium sportswear, athleisure and lifestyle retail market through its portfolio of international brands, including New Balance, Rockport, Saucony and ANTA. The company operates across footwear, apparel and accessories, catering to evolving consumer demand for performance-led, lifestyle-oriented and premium products.
During the year, the company focused on expanding its retail footprint, enhancing brand visibility, strengthening customer experience, and improving its omni-channel presence. Growth was supported by rising demand for global lifestyle, athleisure and performance brands among young, urban and aspirational consumers.
