Breathe In, Breathe Out – Virtual Yoga Week

NOIDA (The CONNECT): Observing the occasion of International Yoga Day, content agency We Are The Writers (WATW) has launched a week-long Virtual Yoga Festival “Breathe in, Breathe Out”.

The virtual event consists of three different competitions mainly Photography Competition – The participant can send a pose of themselves performing Yoga, Reels Competition – The participants can send a short video of performing a Yoga asana & an Essay Writing Competition in which the participants can write a short essay on the importance of Yoga. The deadline for submitting the entries is June 20.

The event is supported by stars including footballer Shubho Paul who is the first Indian to make its way into the FC Bayern Munich world U-19 squad. Shubho commented, “Yoga teaches us to be balance, be poised and disciplined. It makes your body fit enough to perform moves. It also trains your mind to be fit and steady.”

Famous Youtuber Rajesh Kumar (popularly known as Noida Boy Dalbeer) formerly with the channel Nazar Battu (3.9 million subscribers) is also in praise of the event. Rajesh said, “Yoga is a blessing given to the human body by self, which helps us in maintaining a healthy lifestyle.”

The online event has already witnessed hundreds of participants from India and abroad sending pictures, videos and texts on the importance of Yoga in a person’s day to day life. Several Yoga Instagram influencers also participated in the event including Jenna from Edmonton Canada, Surbhi Paltani and Shubhangi Daga from New Delhi, India.
